This was our second time working with Amanda. This time she helped us sell our condo and buy a single family home. Amanda beautifully marketed our condo with great staging, photos, 3D tour, and even drone footage! As a result of her skillful marketing our condo was in escrow within 4 days of putting it on the market. It was a little crazy trying to find our new home with current market conditions, but she made sure we were aware of anything new immediately, sometimes before official posting. She was extremely accommodating to our requests for showings.
The sale of our condo was seamless and our purchase was also almost seamless, despite some minor hiccups that were beyond her control.
