With a background in Real Estate Law and over two decades in Real Estate Sales, June Radke’s experience with negotiating and contract details is top notch. Born in Lynwood, California she has been exposed to many micro markets in Real Estate, beginning with her study of Real Estate Law in 1986 at Western University.
With 12 years in new home sales and 19 years in resales, June pays specific attention to contracts and negotiating in an effort to provide detailed step-by-step communication and guidance to her clients. She not only has specialized in Short Sales and Foreclosures, but also has a New Home Sales Certification.
She helps clients venture through these stressful and exciting times, ensuring that their transactions are well understood and smooth. She works well under pressure and welcomes any and all referrals.
